FlutterLab LLC is a US company that also offers its services in Spain and the European Union. Accordingly, the processing of data of individuals located in the EU is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), pursuant to its Article 3(2).

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the website's contact/diagnostic form:

• Email address.
• Your business sector and the type of request you choose (diagnostic, report, or call), which you select yourself.
• Basic technical data tied to the request (date and time of submission).

We do not collect special categories of data. We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

3. Why we process it

We process your data solely to:

• Respond to your request and send you the diagnostic or information you asked for.
• Contact you to arrange a conversation if you requested one.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you tick the acceptance box and submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your data while we handle your request and, if a business relationship begins, for as long as needed to maintain it and meet applicable legal obligations. If no relationship begins, we delete it within a maximum of 12 months from the last contact.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We do use providers acting as data processors who comply with the GDPR:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and processing of form requests.
• Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the notification emails for your request.
• Google LLC — the website's fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is shared with Google when you visit the page.

Because FlutterLab LLC and some of these providers are located in the United States, your data is processed outside the European Economic Area. These international transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Only the technical connections strictly needed to serve the page are made (including the Google Fonts loading described above).

8. Your rights

You may exercise at any time your rights to:

• Access, rectify, and erase your data.
• Object to and restrict processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw the consent you gave.

To exercise them, write to team@flutterlabapps.com stating the right you wish to exercise. If you reside in Spain, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), or with the supervisory authority of your EU country of residence, if you believe the processing does not comply with the law.
